I’m Sunny, a Seattle native turned farm living in western PA. Registered Nurse by trade, currently stay at home mom of three rowdy boys, 4, 2, & 1

I bought the course because our family has been committed to family night pizza nights for YEARS. I love the tradition, and rhythm, and I LOVE that my boys are now getting into the process as well. I’ve tried to move past pizzas into different types of bread and nearly always fall short. I was drawn to your book not necessarily because of your techniques, but your demeanor, your posture and the WAYS you communicate about bread. It’s been remarkably helpful in understanding the why and the how to break braking.

Bread can be a frustrating thing to bake... 1+1 sometimes equals 4.... It’s easy to hear that inner critic so often in the process. And, as a stay at home mom to three little humans, it’s also easy to hear that inner critic throughout the day... not enough of this.... too much of that.... I so appreciate the grace with which you teach, you’re a soft place to land on what have been some hard days this past year.

I'm Claire, a children's book author + mama of 3 living in small town Wisconsin!

I bought your course because I'm a "learn-by-seeing" person...I can read *all* the books, but I really need to see someone practicing a technique before it clicks.

I would recommend it (and I have!) to any friends who want to learn how to bake bread but feel like a MAJOR beginner. The bread world can be very intimidating but starting with the basics can give you the confidence to move forward--and some delicious carbs, of course.

My name is Alyssa, new adoptive mom to a sweet baby boy and carb lover!

I’ve baked cakes and cookies and when I discovered your book I thought it would be an excellent way to try something new and challenging and extremely rewarding.

Your course and book helped me get through the longest wait to become parents; I’ve discovered a new passion and I love sharing with everyone I love!

I’m Christa, a mom of 3 boys, and a singer/song writer who loves to be authentic and share her heart.

I bought the course because I am a new baker, who found a love for baking as a new way to be creative since I couldn’t sing anymore due to Covid.

I learn visually, and tactically, so the course really helped me see how to do the things Bonnie was telling us to do in the book. I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to learn how to bake bread, or hone their skills.

I’m Linda, mama to an awesome young man & married to the most supportive spouse one could ever ask for & my newest role is personal bread baker to my family.

Like most people during lock down I finally had the time to learn to bake bread. I’m either an all in or out person so I ordered everything I thought I’d need and yours was the first book I ordered. It’s literally my bread bible! I take it everywhere. I’m serious too - it’s always in my purse. Your course was what I needed to visually make sure I was doing things correctly.

You know them aha Oprah moments? That was what your vid was to me. It helped me be more confident and also solidify the fact that I was indeed doing most of the work correctly.

Thank you Bonnie for making this. It is shot beautifully, with many different angles and explanation. The music is incredibly soothing and calm. I loved how the video was separated into different categories so you can skip or repeat.

Even though I've worked through your book, this course allowed me to improve my technique and better understand bread making.
