I’m Sunny, a Seattle native turned farm living in western PA. Registered Nurse by trade, currently stay at home mom of three rowdy boys, 4, 2, & 1
I bought the course because our family has been committed to family night pizza nights for YEARS. I love the tradition, and rhythm, and I LOVE that my boys are now getting into the process as well. I’ve tried to move past pizzas into different types of bread and nearly always fall short. I was drawn to your book not necessarily because of your techniques, but your demeanor, your posture and the WAYS you communicate about bread. It’s been remarkably helpful in understanding the why and the how to break braking.
Bread can be a frustrating thing to bake... 1+1 sometimes equals 4.... It’s easy to hear that inner critic so often in the process. And, as a stay at home mom to three little humans, it’s also easy to hear that inner critic throughout the day... not enough of this.... too much of that.... I so appreciate the grace with which you teach, you’re a soft place to land on what have been some hard days this past year.
